Recruiting Process


We source candidates with a variety of methods to make sure we have a continuous supply of workforce talent. We recruit through word of mouth, by utilizing our best team members for referrals. Our recruiters use national search tools such as career builder, zip recruiter, simply hired, indeed to keep their finger on the pulse of the available workforce. Also, QLM has a partnership with Recruit Military, giving us access to active duty personnel who are close to retirement with the military and veterans who are seeking employment across the country.

Candidate Screening:

  • Knock-out and pre-screening questions
  • Phone and in-person interviews
  • Skill testing and reviewing of skilled trade tools
  • E-verify, background checks, and drug testing
