Job Requirements and Qualifications
· Able to work both independently and part of a team to torch cut steel in a high production setting on demolition sites within the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Sectors.
· Safely and correctly use and maintain tools and equipment.
· Able to operate skid steers, man lifts, forklifts and other small equipment.
· Have working knowledge of various power and hand tools.
· Be able to lift at least 50 pounds, perform manual labor tasks, and follow the direction of a site supervisor to complete additional tasks as assigned.
· Scrap Burning/Torch Cutting experience is required
· Reliable transportation and regular travel are required.
· Must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
· Must be clean-shaven and medically capable of wearing a half-faced respirator.
