- Timekeeping, scheduling, applicant tracking, CRM, workforce management, and payroll systems;

- Cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and website tracking technologies.

- Managing employment, staffing, payroll, benefits, scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, performance, training, safety, and compliance obligations;
- Verifying identity, eligibility, certifications, licenses, references, work authorization, background screening results, and job qualifications;
- Communicating with applicants, candidates, workers, employees, clients, vendors, and business contacts;
- Sending job alerts, recruiting messages, assignment updates, operational notices, marketing messages, and service-related communications;
- Administering websites, mobile applications, online portals, databases, software platforms, and technology systems;
- Improving our services, websites, recruiting processes, advertising, marketing, client service, internal operations, and user experience;
- Conducting analytics, audits, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, quality assurance, testing, research, reporting, and business planning;
- Protecting the rights, property, safety, and security of QLM, our workers, clients, vendors, systems, worksites, and the public;

5. Sensitive Personal Information
We may collect and process sensitive personal information when necessary for recruiting, staffing, employment, payroll, benefits, safety, legal compliance, background screening, work authorization, accommodation, fraud prevention, security, or other lawful business purposes.
Sensitive personal information may include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, government identification numbers, work authorization documents, immigration-related information, health or disability information, drug testing information, background screening information, demographic information required for equal employment opportunity reporting, and other information classified as sensitive under applicable law.
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law, unless we obtain consent where required.
6. Biometric Information
QLM may collect, use, or receive biometric information only where permitted by law and only for legitimate business purposes, such as timekeeping, worksite access, identity verification, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Biometric information may include fingerprints, facial geometry, hand geometry, voiceprints, or other biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by applicable law.
Where required, QLM will provide a separate biometric notice and obtain written consent before collecting or using biometric information. QLM will retain biometric information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose or as required by law, and will destroy biometric information in accordance with applicable retention and destruction requirements.
7. Automated Tools, AI, and Candidate Matching
QLM may use automated tools, analytics, algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, applicant tracking systems, candidate matching tools, scheduling automation, recruiting automation, and similar technologies to support our recruiting, staffing, workforce management, fraud prevention, compliance, and business operations.
These tools may help us identify potential job matches, analyze qualifications, organize applicant data, prioritize recruiting workflows, schedule communications, assess worksite proximity, improve staffing efficiency, and support business decisions.
QLM does not intend to use automated tools as the sole basis for employment decisions where prohibited by law. Where required by applicable law, individuals may have the right to request information about automated processing, opt out of certain profiling, or request human review.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, log files, analytics tools, advertising technologies, session replay tools, and similar technologies to operate our websites, improve performance, understand user behavior, personalize content, measure advertising effectiveness, detect fraud, and improve our services.

If you consent to receive text messages, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing or recruiting text messages by replying STOP, unless a different opt-out method is provided. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us directly.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending legally required, transactional, employment-related, assignment-related, payroll-related, safety-related, or service-related communications.
12. Data Security
QLM uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication measures, vendor controls, employee training, monitoring, encryption where appropriate, secure storage, incident response procedures, and other security measures.
No website, network, database, platform, or transmission method is completely secure. QLM cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information.
