We’ve serviced and staffed solar job sites across the US with top skilled and experienced team members. At QLM, we have 22 locations nation wide to support the on site when applicable.

Project Start Process

On-Site Client Meeting

On-Site Client Meeting

  • On – site management team conducts meeting with site supervision
  • Review manpower production schedule expectations
  • Get cost codes to load into Q-time to track daily production
  • Review specific goals for the on site team
1st Day of Project

1st Day of Project

  • On site management issues out all required PPE
  • Electronically clock in all employees
  • Support coordination of onsite safety orientation
  • Coordinate getting all designated employees to proper work site locations
  • Begin onsite management of employees with field management staff

Ongoing Maintenance of Site

  • QLM field management (on site) for all hours that site is operational
  • Work with team on daily production schedules, adjust manpower needs accordingly to satisfy and meet deliverable dates
  • Weekly JSA’s performed and issued to QLM management
  • Continued on site safety training
  • Continue to increase manpower as requested
  • Issue PPE in the morning and have available as needed Conduct troubleshooting between QLM employees and management
  • Conduct conflict resolution as needed
  • Handle any safety related incidents
  • Conduct random drug testing as required
  • Provide necessary daily/weekly reporting agreed upon through contract
  • Provide weekly invoicing to the proper personnel to review and approve
