Key Responsibilities
- Job Site Preparation: Clearing obstacles, setting up barricades, and preparing the workspace for daily operations or specialized construction.
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving building materials, tools, and heavy equipment using dollies or carts.
- Assisting Tradespeople: Supporting skilled workers (e.g., electricians, carpenters, plumbers) by holding materials, fetching tools, or cleaning up.
- Equipment Operation: Safely using basic power tools, light machinery, and heavy equipment as directed by supervisors.
- Site Maintenance & Cleanup: Removing debris, sweeping floors, and ensuring hazards are eliminated before, during, and after shifts
We are looking for a hands-on worker who provides physical support across various job sites, including construction, manufacturing, and warehousing. Their primary duties include loading and unloading materials, maintaining work areas, operating basic hand tools, and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely.
