Experienced Stainless Steel Welders Wanted | Long-Term Opportunity
We are looking for highly skilled and dependable Stainless Steel Duct Welders to join a quality-driven fabrication and installation team. This is an opportunity for experienced welders who take pride in their craftsmanship and can consistently produce clean, precise, professional work.
What You’ll Do
- TIG and/or MIG weld stainless steel ductwork and components
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble stainless steel duct systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
- Perform precision welding on thin-gauge stainless steel materials
- Maintain clean, consistent welds with minimal distortion
- Work independently while meeting production and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience welding stainless steel ductwork or similar fabrication
- Strong TIG welding skills preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate fit-up
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and committed to quality
- Ability to pass a weld test
