Job Summary
Project Executive Location: Clinton, MS Compensation $175,000 – $190,000 Base Salary Per Diem Provided Vehicle Allowance Provided Position Summary Seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role is responsible for project performance, financial oversight, team leadership, client relationships, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability.
- Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Resolve project challenges and mitigate risk.
- Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive construction management leadership experience.
- Strong background in commercial construction, MEP, HVAC, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, or data center projects.
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
