Job Summary
General Superintendent Location: Clinton, MS Compensation Up to $55/hour Vehicle Allowance Per Diem Available Position Summary Seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects. This role is responsible for safety, scheduling, workforce management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and overall project execution.

Pay Range
$55 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations from startup through project completion.
- Manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
- Drive project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics.
- Coordinate with Project Management, owners, engineers, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Oversee commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeout activities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- 5+ years as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent.
- Experience with mission critical, data center, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
- Experience managing large field teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
