Senior Electrical Project Manager

This candidate brings 20 years of progressive leadership in commercial electrical construction, advancing from journeyman field foreman to branch operations leadership. Most recently, he helped establish a commercial division for a regional electrical contractor, taking it cash-flow positive within eight months and closing 14 of 15 awarded projects at or above forecasted gross profit. He has managed up to nine concurrent projects, field workforces of 30 to 40+ personnel, total portfolio oversight above $10M, and individual electrical packages up to approximately $4M. His project experience includes healthcare, industrial infrastructure, office, mixed-use, and multifamily construction. He is available immediately and is targeting a senior execution-focused role in the Raleigh / Triangle market.
