Pay Range
$30-$35/per hour
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as required.
Ability to work in various weather and construction-site conditions.
Ability to wear required PPE, including welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
Perform welding and fabrication of structural and mechanical components.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding as required.
Inspect welds and finished work to ensure quality and proper specifications.
Measure, cut, fit, and position materials before welding.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all OSHA, jobsite, and company safety requirements.
Work safely around other construction trades and equipment.
Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
