Job Summary
We are searching for a general foreman and 2 working foreman/leads for a fencing crew. We have been awarded the contract and are building a fence for a data center project in Palestine, TX. We are looking for a general foreman, working foremen, equipment operators, and general laborers for this project. Up to 6 month project, building 6 miles of fence for the site Up to 60+ hours per week (Monday-Saturday)

Pay Range
$30-40 per hour
Skills Desired:
- 5+ years of fencing experience
- 2+ years of foreman/lead experience on fence projects
- Ability to operate tools and machinery.
- Familiarity with safety protocols.
- Bilingual is a plus
- This is an outdoor jobsite — candidates must be able to work in the heat.
- Strength and stamina.
- Hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead crew of 10-15 teammembers building 6 miles of fencing for a date center project
- If working foreman/lead, be willing to help teammembers with construction and how to build the fence efficiently
