Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Life Insurance We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships.

Pay Range
$130k-$150k per year
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, cost controls, and profitability.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and field operations.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field personnel.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
- Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, or other mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience leading project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
