Job Summary
QLM is currently looking for multiple concrete patchers for a client of ours with a very large commercial project in the Miami Beach area. This is with one of the largest concrete companies in the country and they have plenty of work lined up after this. This particular project is 2-3 months, and they will move you to the next project after, pending work. They also have the option to hire you on directly after the probationary period.

Pay Range
$24-$26 per hour
Position Responsibilities:
- Mix and apply concrete patching materials according to specifications.
- Fill cracks, voids, holes, and damaged areas using appropriate repair products.
- Finish and blend patched areas to match surrounding concrete surfaces.
- Perform surface preparation, including grinding, sanding, and cleaning.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and concrete repair equipment safely and properly.
- Follow project specifications, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform quality checks to ensure completed repairs meet company and project standards.
- Follow all OSHA, company, and job-site safety requirements.
- Assist other concrete crew members with general construction duties as needed.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of concrete patching/repair experience
- Concrete patching and finishing
- Surface preparation and repair
- Grinding, chipping, and smoothing concrete
- Mixing and applying concrete, mortar, and patching materials
- Skilled with trowels and finishing tools
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Basic formwork and concrete restoration
- Ability to measure and follow job specifications
- Knowledge of proper curing and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Knowledge of construction and jobsite safety
