Traveling Mechanical Superintendent

This candidate is an owner-side mechanical construction leader with roughly 34 years of mechanical experience and four to five years in data center delivery. He recently completed a one-year owner's representative contract on a 1.1 GW greenfield data center campus in the Midwest, a seven-facility development, serving as Mechanical TFO Lead over a five-person team and acting as primary field contact across ownership, general contractors, designers, mechanical contractors, and commissioning teams. His mechanical command spans piping, chillers and CDU systems, chilled and condensate water, process water, plumbing, and full MEP coordination. He has managed mechanical RFIs, change orders, T&M tickets, submittals, pay-application review, field inspections, startup, and turnover. His broader background includes industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, refinery, and pipeline environments, and he is highly mobile and travel-ready.
