Quality Control Manager / Construction Manager

This candidate is an El Paso-based construction and quality professional with 20+ years of experience spanning QA/QC, construction management, project controls, contract administration, field inspection, utilities, and project delivery. Previous Construction Manager/RPR and Project Manager positions included responsibility for quality plans/specifications, inspections, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, safety, project controls, and closeout. The candidate is currently working as a Quality Control Manager on a data center project, helping establish and manage the quality program while coordinating preparatory activities, inspections, documentation, field walkthroughs, testing, and turnover. Project experience also includes federal/USACE, healthcare, commercial, higher education, power, and utility construction.
