Job Summary
QLM is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to oversee jobsite safety and OSHA compliance across commercial construction projects, including painting, drywall, fire stopping, and acoustical installations.

Pay Range
$35 – $37 per hour
Required Skills & Certifications
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification – Required
- First Aid Certification – Required
- CPR Certification – Required
- Previous experience in commercial construction safety or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard identification, fall protection, and jobsite safety procedures.
- Familiarity with painting, drywall, fire stopping, and acoustical construction operations preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct independent site inspections, document findings, and enforce safety requirements.
- Proficiency in safety reporting and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel between assigned jobsites as needed.
