Job Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial construction field operations in the Pearl/Jackson market. This is a long-term opportunity for a proven leader who can manage crews, coordinate project activities, and help support continued regional growth. We’re looking for someone with strong commercial electrical experience, a stable work history, and the ability to take ownership of safety, quality, scheduling, and field performance.

Pay Range
$45-$55 per hour
Responsibilities
• Lead daily electrical field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Supervise foremen, electricians, and field crews, keeping work organized and productive.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet project milestones.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve field issues.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality standards, and clear communication across the team.
• Track progress, communicate staffing needs, and maintain project documentation.
• Provide dependable leadership as additional projects develop throughout the region.
Qualifications
• 7–10+ years of relevant commercial construction experience, including superintendent-level leadership.
• Strong background overseeing commercial electrical installations and field crews.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and solve problems in the field.
• Consistent work history and demonstrated leadership on commercial projects.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Construction Management degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
Compensation & Benefits
• $45–$55 per hour, based on experience, plus overtime.

Schedule & Location
• Based in the Pearl/Jackson, Mississippi market.
• Anticipated schedule of 50–60 hours per week.
• Limited travel anticipated.
• Immediate opening with long-term opportunities beyond the initial project.
