General Craftsman – Bathhouse Remodel
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Project Duration: Approximately 5–7 weeks, split into two phases
Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts, depending on project needs
Pay: $16-$17/hour
Job Description
QLM is seeking a dependable General Craftsman for a bathhouse remodeling project in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This position will involve basic carpentry, window and door framing, wood preparation, painting, and job site cleanup.
The project will take place in two phases:
- Phase 1: Approximately 2–3 weeks of window and door framing removal and preparation.
- Phase 2: Return for an additional 3–4 weeks to assist with installation, painting, and final site cleanup.
Job Duties:
- Scrape and sand wood surfaces.
- Prime and paint wood.
- Help remove window and door framing.
- Assist with basic carpentry and measuring.
- Help install windows and doors.
- Keep the work area clean and picked up.
- Some construction, painting, or carpentry experience preferred.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Basic hand tools are a plus. Power tools will be provided.
