Job Summary
Working Construction Lead Job Responsibilities: Work hands-on alongside laborers while helping ensure daily tasks are completed. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials. Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general housekeeping. Complete punch-list work and various construction-related duties. Help keep the crew on task and daily work progressing. Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay Range
$20-$24 per hour
Requirements:
Previous construction experience required.
Must be physically capable of heavy lifting and manual labor.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to take ownership of daily assignments.
Must follow all job-site safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE.
Have your own basic handtools/belt.
OSHA 10 highly recommended.
This is a working lead position – you must be willing and able to physically perform the work alongside the crew, not just give direction.
