Job Summary
Responsible for finishing, leveling, and smoothing poured concrete on construction sites, ensuring high-quality, durable results on every job. 1st and 3rd shift hours available.

Pay Range
$22-$25 per hour
Responsibilities
- Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth, and align them
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, and screeds
- Cut expansion joints and edge along forms to create a smooth, level surface
- Mix cement, sand, or gravel to specified proportions as needed
- Wet concrete surfaces and rub with a stone to smooth and finish surfaces
- Apply sealing compounds, curing agents, and other finishing treatments
- Repair and resurface concrete surfaces
- Follow all job site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher preferred (1+ years)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of concrete finishing tools and techniques (trowels, screeds, edgers, floats)
