Quality Labor Management is currently seeking a Lead Carpenter and trim carpenters for a Long-Term Project in Maiden, North Carolina. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Range
$23 to $29 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and install wooden decks for site work trailers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Assemble and fasten materials to build frameworks and structures.
- Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a commercial carpenter, preferably in deck construction.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
