Job Summary
Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll safely operate boom lifts and aerial platform equipment to support construction, warehousing, or maintenance projects — working at height to install, repair, or move materials and equipment.

Pay Range
$18-$20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Safely operate cherry picker/boom lift equipment to elevate personnel and materials
- Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols
- Coordinate with ground crew and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and job tasks completed
