Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced Concrete / Form Carpenters to join our team. As a Concrete / Form Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling temporary and permanent formwork used to shape and support poured concrete. Duties include building foundations, footings, walls, columns, and slabs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring all formwork meets precise elevation and alignment standards before pours. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining the structural integrity and success of our projects.

Pay Range

$25-$28 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Form Construction & Assembly: Build, erect, and set temporary or permanent wood and metal formwork for footings, foundations, slab edges, walls, columns, and elevated decks.
  • Blueprint Reading & Layout: Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout, dimensions, and materials required.
  • Measurement & Alignment: Measure, cut, assemble, and set formwork using hand and power tools; verify plumb, level, and correct elevation before concrete placement.
  • Reinforcement Placement: Position and tie rebar, wire mesh, anchor bolts, and embedded items inside formwork as required by job specifications.
  • Concrete Pour Support: Assist during concrete pours by monitoring forms for pressure shifts, blowouts, or leaks, and making immediate adjustments as needed.
  • Stripping & Cleanup: Safely dismantle, strip, clean, and store forms, shoring, and bracing equipment post-cure for reuse or job site clearance.
  • Safety & Quality Control: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, job site safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and company quality guidelines.
