Job Summary
QLM Direct is partnering with a well-established, family-run concrete contractor based in Atlanta that specializes in foundations and structural concrete for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The company is building a new Oklahoma team to deliver its first data center project in Tulsa and is hiring several Concrete Superintendents to lead field operations from the ground up. This is a direct-hire, permanent role with long-term growth as the Oklahoma division expands.

Pay Range
$125K per year
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily field operations on a large data center concrete package
- Oversee elevated concrete decks, columns, retaining walls, deep foundations and pits, and tilt-up walls
- Manage multiple formwork systems and keep crews productive, organized, and on schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment to hit project milestones
- Own and enforce the jobsite safety program
- Build and maintain schedules and track progress in Procore
- Review drawings and specs in Bluebeam to make sure the work meets project requirements
- Mentor and develop assistant superintendents
- Work closely with project managers on change orders, cost, and field documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of concrete superintendent experience on commercial or industrial projects (10+ years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with elevated decks, columns, retaining walls, formwork systems, deep foundations, and tilt-up construction
- Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety leadership
- OSHA 30 required
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Robotic Total Station experience is a plus
- Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus
- Ability to work on-site, with possible moves between project sites
Compensation and Benefits
- $125,000 base salary
- Annual incentive bonus
- $1,000/month non-taxed vehicle allowance
- Housing provided, plus $50/day per diem, for those living 75+ miles from the project
