Electrical Project Manager | Commercial Construction | DFW, TX Full-Time | Justin, TX (Office-Based + Up to 50% Travel) I’m working with a nationally operating electrical contractor that’s one of the fastest-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. They specialize in commercial new construction and re-modernization, with an impressive roster of national retail clients and a reputation for investing in their people. This is a high-visibility PM role where you’ll own projects from hand-off through close-out.

Pay Range
$110k-$125k per year
What You’ll Do
- Lead project hand-offs from pre-construction through execution
- Build and manage schedules, budgets, submittals, and close-out documentation
- Perform detailed take-offs and manage scope change proposals
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and field activities across multiple locations
- Own the RFI process and client-facing communication
- Travel up to 50% to project sites across the US
What You Bring
- 2+ years of electrical construction project management
- Field background in the electrical trade (Journeyman or Master’s license a plus)
- Experience with big-box retail remodels or retrofits is a strong differentiator
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Ability to travel nationally on short notice
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
Compensation
- $110,000 – $150,000 base + bonus potential
