Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, reliable Journeyman Electrician for a long-term position with a strong temp-to-perm opportunity. This role offers a predictable schedule working 40 hours over four days, giving you three-day weekends most weeks. You will work on a mix of commercial/industrial projects, dividing time between prevailing wage government/public works tasks and standard commercial base-pay jobs.

Pay Range
$22-$54 per hour
Pay Structure:
- 75% of work: Government Prevailing Wage rate (job-dependent)
- 25% of work: Base rate
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficient in conduit bending, wire pulling, and commercial terminations.
- Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to job site safety.
