Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced **Low Voltage Technicians** to join our team. As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems on commercial properties. You will ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality while supporting reliable communication and electrical infrastructure.

Pay Range
$25 – $28 per hour
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial low voltage systems
- Run, pull, and secure structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic)
- Terminate and test data, voice, and communication cables
- Install devices including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and network equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Label, organize, and maintain proper cable management throughout installations
- Perform system testing and basic troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Follow all jobsite safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Work with lifts, ladders, and hand/power tools in commercial environments
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet project timelines and specifications
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience installing and servicing commercial low voltage systems
- Experience with structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic) installation and termination
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV/security cameras, data, and communication systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and low voltage diagrams
- Experience pulling, labeling, and testing low voltage cabling
- Familiarity with commercial construction environments and jobsite safety practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system connectivity or performance issues
- Experience working with lifts, ladders, and basic hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized cable management
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain preferred
