For screening purposes, a recent Construction Management or Engineering graduate with a good internship at a commercial GC would be especially attractive. Experience with RFIs, submittals, Bluebeam/Procore, drawings, change orders, or project documentation would also stand out, even if it came primarily through internships or co-op experience.
