Job Summary
QLM is currently hiring HYDRONC COPPER FITTERS to join our team on active commercial construction projects. Ideal candidates will have experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing hydronic heating and cooling systems, including boilers, chillers, pumps, and piping distribution systems. Projects may include schools, hospitals, government buildings, and high-rise facilities. Must have their OSHA 10 (Physical Card) Pay is 49.52 per hour

Pay Range
$45.00-49.52per hr
Responsibilities
- Install hydronic copper, steel, and PEX piping systems
- Perform pipe layout, fit-up, brazing, and final installation
- Install hangers, supports, valves, strainers, and equipment tie-ins
- Work from blueprints and field conditions with minimal supervision
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of pipefitting experience
- Required: Direct hydronic copper piping experience
- Strong experience with copper layout, fit-up, brazing, and installation
- Proficient with copper, steel, and PEX piping systems
- Ability to read blueprints and independently lay out piping systems
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting tools, equipment, and materials
- Experience with HVAC mechanical rooms, chilled water, and heating water loops
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites if needed
- Ability to work 40–60 hours per week, including Saturdays based on project needs
