Job Summary
Key Requirements • Physical ability to work outside in the NW Florida during summer heat & humidity • Understand proper hydration, safely working in the NW Florida summer environment • Strong experience with residential Metal-Wood framing – stick-built, component to paneled construction • Proven ability installing and working with Metal-Wood trusses (including bracing, connections, and layout) • Experience with lightweight metal framing / metal studs and metal carpentry • Ability to read residential blueprints, floor plans, elevations, and framing details • Proficient with both Metal-Wood framing tools (framing nail guns, circular saws, levels) and metal framing tools (tin snips, screw guns, metal-cutting saws) • Strong attention to detail – walls, floors, and roofs must be plumb, level, square, and true. Wall Sheathing, Subfloor T&G and Roof Decking square with appropriate nail pattern • Reliable transportation to and from Projects as needed/required/directed • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces safely

Pay Range
$30 per hour
Tools & Equipment
The Carpenter is expected to provide basic hand and power tools suitable for both Metal-Wood and Metal-Wood framing work, including but not limited to:
· Circular saw, Tin snips, and screw gun / impact driver
· Level, tape measure, speed square, and Hammers
· Personal protective equipment (PPE): safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hat. Fall protection as required above 6’ provided by Employer
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of proper Floor & Roof truss installation, temporary bracing, and permanent bracing systems
· Wall Sheathing, Subfloor T&G and Roof Decking square with appropriate nail pattern
· Ability to switch efficiently between Metal-Wood stick framing and metal framing tasks
· OSHA 5hr & 10hr Certification, or obtain OSHA 5hr & 10hr certification within 120 days of signing a letter of intent to join our Team, we will pay for the subsequent safety certification(s)
