Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (Facility Services) Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Life Insurance We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of budgets, schedules, customer relationships, procurement, project execution, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, billing, and cost controls.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and field teams.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and resource allocation across multiple active projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for additional project work.
- Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems.
- Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management.
- Ability to manage customer relationships while maintaining financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
