Residential Plumbing High-Performance Apprentice Company: Webster Plumbing | Location: Bay Area / Webster, TX Platform: ServiceTitan | Position Type: Full-Time About Webster Plumbing Founded by our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) and his son starting with a single van, Webster Plumbing has grown into a $2M+ home service brand serving over 4,400 local customers. We are expanding across the Houston Bay Area with direct eyes on regional growth. We operate on high-performance workmanship, continuous training, and total transparency. Pay Range
$20 – $24 per hour
Compensation & Direct Benefits Package
We offer industry-leading performance compensation structures along with $12,300.00 in direct company-funded benefits for field staff:
- Experienced Apprentices: $20.00 – $24.00/hr base pay with structured performance milestones and fast-track advancement options upon licensure.

1. Experienced Plumbing Apprentice (1–3 Years Experience)
You are an ambitious, career-minded apprentice looking to break out of dead-end helper roles and fast-track your progression to Journeyman.
- The Role: Work directly alongside senior technicians and our Field Lead on high-end residential diagnostics, installs, and system overhauls.
- Key Focus: Master code-compliant workmanship, learn customer communication and option-building, and maintain zero-defect standards.
- Requirements:
- Active Texas Plumbing Apprentice Registration.
- 1+ years of hands-on residential service or commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, clean driving record, and desire to learn ServiceTitan.
