Mission Critical Area Superintendent

This candidate is a commercial construction superintendent with more than 10 years leading ground-up field operations across retail, healthcare, and municipal projects in El Paso and the Southwest. He runs daily site operations for his area, supervising craft and subcontractor teams, enforcing safety, and coordinating with trade partners and inspectors. His superintendent history includes ground-up big-box retail, medical office and clinic projects, a collision-repair facility, and city infrastructure work. He owns scheduling, quality control, blueprint reading, daily reporting, budget and cost control, and code and inspection compliance, and has coordinated crews across concrete, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, framing, and paving. He has on-site exposure to a major El Paso data center program and is available immediately for a long-term local assignment.
