Mission Critical Area Superintendent

This candidate is a construction manager with 20 years leading field operations on telecommunications, fiber, underground utility, and civil infrastructure projects. He runs work from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, material procurement, budgets, change orders, invoicing, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and final walk-throughs. He routinely manages five or more subcontractors alongside internal crews and vendors, owns crew productivity, quality control, and schedule, and enforces site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses. His experience maps well to data-center sitework and infrastructure scopes, including underground conduit, trenching, micro-trenching, horizontal drilling, utility coordination, and restoration. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and is seeking to return permanently to the El Paso market.
