Project Superintendent — Mechanical

This candidate is a construction and commissioning professional with more than 30 years leading field operations on mechanical, piping, and capital projects across LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, industrial, and water/wastewater markets. He currently serves as a Project Superintendent directing daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews while managing safety, quality, short-term scheduling, and materials. His mechanical scope includes HVAC, plumbing, process piping, chiller systems, cooling towers, closed- and open-loop cooling systems, commissioning, startup, punch lists, and turnover. He has also served as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Owner's Representative, and Commissioning Lead, and works in Smart Completions, Procore, Primavera P6, MAXIMO, SmartPlant, and Microsoft Office. He is a career traveler comfortable with extended on-site assignments and 80–100% travel.
