Safety Manager

This candidate has experience leading safety programs across federal construction, manufacturing, disaster response, and military environments. He develops and implements comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and USACE standards while supporting high-profile government projects and large industrial facilities. His work includes site inspections, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, Activity Hazard Analyses, Job Hazard Analyses, and Accident Prevention Plans. He collaborates with project managers, superintendents, quality-control personnel, and subcontractors through every phase of construction.
