Mission Critical Project Manager

This candidate has more than 18 years of construction and program management experience across data centers, federal facilities, renewable energy, and mission-critical infrastructure. Their background spans design, preconstruction, electrical infrastructure, procurement, QA/QC, commissioning, budgets, change management, and turnover. They have participated in approximately 12 hyperscale data center projects and possess deep knowledge of switchgear, UPS and generator systems, chillers, cooling infrastructure, redundancy, and integrated systems testing. Commissioning is a core strength, from Owner Project Requirements and planning through functional testing, IST, and operational readiness. They build Primavera P6 schedules and perform critical-path analysis, and have managed construction budgets of roughly $120M and program portfolios near $1.5B. A retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer, they are comfortable in both owner-side and contractor-side environments.
