Project Superintendent

This candidate is a construction leader local to El Paso with more than 30 years delivering commercial, utilities, water and wastewater, multifamily, and hospitality projects, including 13 years as a Senior Superintendent. Most recently he was Senior Project Manager with a regional general contractor, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout with ownership of schedules, budgets, buyout, billings, change orders, and forecasting. He prefers field leadership and has directed daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, inspections, RFIs, submittals, and job-cost reporting. His project history includes work up to $69M, including water-treatment backup power generation, a 152-unit multifamily community, hotels, restaurants, and national retail TI. He has led MEP, fire protection, civil, and structural trade partners and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
