Senior Project Manager

This candidate is a Senior Project Manager with 30+ years in mechanical and industrial construction, progressing through quality, safety, and construction management roles into project management. Most recently he spent eleven years as Project Manager / Construction Manager for a mechanical and industrial contractor, running projects from planning through closeout with ownership of budgets, forecasting, schedules, cost control, procurement, contracts, and client communication. On a major refinery project he managed 27 subcontractors and approximately 650 personnel and completed 1.5 million man-hours without a lost-time accident. His scopes include process piping, civil, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and fireproofing across refinery, chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and power generation work. He is relocating permanently to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
