Project Superintendent

This candidate is a commercial construction superintendent with more than 20 years in field leadership, including tenures with national general contractors on large commercial, hospitality, and technology projects across Texas. He currently runs his own construction firm and is completing a commercial project in final approvals. His major assignments include Site Superintendent on a $330M convention center expansion and 5-star hotel, lead superintendent on a $150M retail distribution center, and General Superintendent on a $12M food and beverage distribution center. He has also delivered semiconductor lab and technology office fit-outs, university dormitory and historic building renovations, multifamily, hospitality, and federal facility work. His GC-side scope covers MEP trade management, scheduling, submittals, inspections, and closeout.
