Pay Range
$85-$100k per year
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial glazing experience
- Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead Glazier managing crews of 10+
- Experience with curtain wall systems (field-glazed and unitized), aluminum entrances, storefronts, and façade systems
- OSHA 10 & 30 certified
- Skilled in layout using a Transit
- Proficient with Procore, BIM 360, and Fieldwire
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations with crews averaging 12+ personnel
- Set daily goals and deadlines for Foremen
- Track and report job progress via Fieldwire
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Attend project meetings and collaborate with contractors and trades
- Resolve job site issues and maintain schedule and productivity
- Maintain professional job site leadership and documentation
Compensation:
- Salary: $85k -$100k Per Year
- Travel expenses paid
