Commercial Construction Superintendent

This candidate is a commercial construction superintendent with more than 20 years leading ground-up, tenant improvement, and interior renovation projects. Most recently he served as a national traveling superintendent on retail projects and is seeking a Florida-based role closer to home. From 2023 to 2026 he served as an owner-side Superintendent on a major Central Florida theme park expansion, overseeing contractors and subcontractors, OSHA compliance, budget, and schedule. His Central Florida work also includes a $47M interior demolition and remodel of a 960-unit resort, a 10-acre amenity complex, healthcare tenant improvements, retail work, and commercial projects from demolition through closeout. Earlier he owned a construction services firm and supported overseas U.S. government facility rebuilds. He has a plumbing-apprenticeship background and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
