Commercial Construction Superintendent

This candidate is a commercial construction superintendent with more than 25 years in the field, spanning ground-up construction, tenant improvements, commercial renovations, additions, build-outs, and retail fit-outs. He runs daily jobsite operations, directs subcontractors and field crews, coordinates material procurement, enforces safety standards, and holds quality and schedule from initiation through completion. His technical base includes metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, concrete from footers through finishes, MEP coordination, blueprint interpretation, and building layout. He is fluent in Spanish and has managed predominantly Latino field crews for the past nine years. Permanently based in Central Florida, he is seeking a long-term locally focused superintendent role.
