Commercial Superintendent / Area Superintendent

This candidate has more than 20 years in commercial construction and has held superintendent-level leadership roles since 2017. He currently runs multiple concurrent projects at different phases for a Dallas-area commercial general contractor, with responsibility for daily operations, subcontractor coordination, schedules, budgets, and safety enforcement. His recent work includes multi-story self-storage projects valued at approximately $18M to $20M, multi-building developer work, and retail construction across several states. He typically coordinates seven to nine subcontractors per project and has mentored three to five assistant superintendents while managing foremen, self-perform crews, and trade partners. He is open to relocation and interested in long-term project assignments, including civil, earthwork, underground utility, site development, and mission-critical work.
