Mechanical Project Manager — Commercial & High-Rise Mechanical Construction

Commercial mechanical construction professional with more than 20 years in the industry and a stable career across three employers. Currently manages commercial mechanical projects end to end, including budgets, contract administration, client coordination, field supervision, vendor management, and project delivery. Current work includes the mechanical scope of a large 50+ story mixed-use residential/commercial high-rise. Experience covers cooling towers, pumps, chillers, mechanical infrastructure, renovation, fit-out, and new construction, with a track record of managing substantial project value on schedule and within budget.
