HVAC and mechanical construction professional with more than 40 years in the trade, progressing from apprentice through journeyman, foreman, field supervisor, project manager, and business ownership. Prefers hands-on, site-based leadership and has supervised large installation crews across multiple concurrent projects. Project-management experience includes commercial, institutional, healthcare, military/government, hospitality, municipal, and community-college work, with responsibility for scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, field oversight, jobsite compliance, closeout, and turnover. Fully open to rotational and traveling assignments.
