Project Manager — Mechanical

This candidate is a mechanical and HVAC project manager with more than 20 years across new construction, multifamily, hotels, restaurants, and commercial work. He currently serves as Senior Project Manager with a regional mechanical contractor, running multiple hotel projects across Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida. He owns material procurement, budgets, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, field problem-solving, commissioning, and startup. His HVAC experience includes rooftop units, PTAC units, exhaust systems, ductwork, and full mechanical installation, along with plumbing coordination, electrical, concrete, and overall construction sequencing. He works in Procore and manages RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, budget tracking, scheduling, and general-contractor coordination. He is a career traveler who prefers travel-based work and is available immediately.
