Quality Control Engineer / QA/QC

This candidate is an experienced QA/QC construction professional with approximately 10 years of large-scale renewable project experience and a strong background in field quality operations. Experience includes reviewing contracts, scopes, IFC drawings and specifications; developing project-specific Inspection and Test Plans and inspection hold points; managing submittals and RFIs; conducting inspections; and ensuring field installations meet project and owner requirements. The candidate has led quality teams of approximately 30 inspectors and technicians on projects with 300–500 peak site personnel and regularly coordinated with owners, superintendents, field engineers, and project leadership. Additional experience includes NCRs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, deficiency tracking, turnover, and quality documentation.
