VDC/BIM Detailer / CAD Designer

This candidate is a Phoenix-based CAD and engineering design professional with more than five years of experience across 3D modeling, 2D drafting, electrical utility infrastructure, construction documentation, fabrication, and product design. An advanced daily SolidWorks user with professional AutoCAD and DraftSight experience, the candidate produces detailed 3D models, technical drawings, fabrication documentation, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and construction-ready design packages. Construction-related experience includes electrical utility infrastructure design, engineering calculations, field-data interpretation, and direct coordination with field personnel, engineers, project managers, and utility clients. The candidate currently handles approximately 15–20 custom design projects per week and brings a technical drafting and fabrication foundation that transfers well into VDC/BIM environments.
