Pay Range
$18 to $23 per hour
QLM is seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in commercial construction projects for our West Palm Beach commercial office project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record installing acoustic sealing, plywood, and drywall. Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and fitting materials to specifications, using power and hand tools, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining a clean worksite. The successful candidate will have experience as a carpenter, knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Requirements.
Strong experience in finish carpentry and drywall installation
Proficiency in installing plywood and acoustic sealings
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have specific trade tools such as: (Drywall Knife, Taping Knife, Drywall T-Square, Drywall Saw & Rotor, Utility Knife, Drywall Rasp, Sanding Tools, Corner Tool, Mud Pan, Drywall Screw Gun. Trowel, Hawk, Joint Knife, Mud Pan, Sanding Sponge, Mixing Paddle, Paint Roller, Putty Knife, Corner Trowel, Mixer Drill
